1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and Unworn Products: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Original Packaging: Products must be returned with their original packaging, tags, and any accessories or documentation that came with them.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Note: Some products, such as custom or personalized items, may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description for any specific return restrictions.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: After contacting us, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Shipping the Item: Once you receive the RAN, pack your item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method.
- Refund Timing: Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Refund Amount: The refunded amount will be the original purchase price minus any applicable shipping charges (unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part).
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. Please contact us for assistance if you need help with the exchange process.
5. Non-Refundable Items
